Early Intervention Opportunities in Mental Health
Everyone’s mental health goes through periods of good and periods of bad, however, for those who are experiencing significant mental ill-health it can be challenging to identify what support would be best for them. With many services managing crisis, there is a need for more early intervention opportunities in the health landscape.
With great healthcare need comes a demand for skilled professionals to support a diverse population. Finding the right people for the right job in the right area can be incredibly challenging leading to skilled specialist staff being over-utilised, general workforce pressures and significant knock-on effects in times of absence.
Innovation can help support existing services or offer completely new ways of working. At Wessex we aim to support innovation holistically, giving each person and company tailored guidance fit for their product.
